WSSe (Tungsten Sulfide Diselenide)
WSSe is a semiconductor with a direct band gap of ~1.5 eV. We have many different types of WSSe alloys available containing a different ratio S/Se: from an alloy with a low amount of sulfur (close to WSe2) up to high amount of sulfur (close to WS2).The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. Tungsten Sulfide Diselenide belongs to the group-VI transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDC).
