As2Te3 (alpha phase Arsenicum Telluride)
As2Te3 (alpha phase) is a semiconductor (~0.2-0.4 eV) and thermoelectric material. The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. α-As2Te3 belongs to the group-15 metalloid trichalcogenides.
