BSCCO (Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x)

BSCCO BSCCO, or Bi2Sr2Can-1CunO2n+4+x9 (with mainly n=2 and a small fraction of n=1), is a superconducting ceramic with a critical temperature (TC) around 85 K. The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. To buy BSCCO crystals please click here.
