BSCCO (Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x)
BSCCO, or Bi2Sr2Can-1CunO2n+4+x9 (with mainly n=2 and a small fraction of n=1), is a superconducting ceramic with a critical temperature (TC) around 85 K. The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers.
