Custom Made 2D crystals
Over the past years we have produced many custom-made crystals on demand. Examples are semiconductors with p- or n- type doping, 2D alloys with a specific composition (MoWS2, MoWSe2, etc) or other new TMDC's
Our scientific staff has the expertise in the production and characterization of large size and high purity single crystals. The crystals are characterized with EDX, X-ray diffraction (single crystal XRD and powder XRD), Raman and additionally with Hall measurements.
