Sb2Se3 (Antimony selenide)
Sb2Se3 is an indirect-bandgap semiconductor/insulator, having a band gap of 1.1 - 1.2 eV. The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. Antimony selenide belongs to group V2-VI3 binary chalcogenides.
