1T-HfTe2 (1T phase Hafnium Ditelluride)
1T-HfTe2 is a semimetal. The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. Hafnium Ditelluride belongs to the group-IV transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDC).
The HfTe2 crystals produced at HQ Graphene have a lateral size of ~0.6-0.8 cm, hexagonal shape, and has a metallic appearance.
