MoWTe2 (Molybdenum Tungsten Ditelluride alloy)
MoWTe2 alloy is a semiconductor. We have many different types of MoWTe2 alloys available containing a different ratio Mo/W: ranging from alloys which are rich in Tungsten (close to WTe2) to alloys with a high Molybdenum content (close to MoTe2). The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers.
