PdTe2 (Palladium Ditelluride)

PdTe2 Palladium Ditelluride PdTe2 is a metal, a superconductor with Tc =~1.7 K and recently is claimed to contain a topological surface state . The layers are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. Palladium Ditelluride belongs to the group-X transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDC).

The PdTe2 crystals produced at HQ Graphene have a typical lateral size of ~0.2-0.3 cm, and have a metallic appearance.
