1T'-MoTe2 ( 1T' Molybdenum Ditelluride)

1T MoTe2 Molybdenum Ditelluride 1T'-MoTe2 is a Weyl semimetal and is paramagnetic. The layers in the beta phase MoTe2 are stacked together via van der Waals interactions and can be exfoliated into thin 2D layers. β-MoTe2 belongs to the group-VI transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDC).
